Austin Tracy Elementary will be holding our annual talent show the last week of school. In order to participate, students will audition and practice with Ms. Alyssa, our music teacher. Auditions will take place on Thursday, April 16th from 3:00-4:30 pm. Students must have a permission form submitted in order to attend. If your child is interested in participating, please reach out to your child's homeroom teacher to request a permission form! We cannot wait to see the amazing talents that our Eagles showcase!

Our Fill My Eagle fundraiser ends this week! There’s still time to fill your Eagle and help raise money for our students and school! There are even some awesome prizes up for grabs! If you haven’t donated and would be willing, please reach out to an AT student! We appreciate your support!

A few weeks ago ATE 5th Grader Paislee Gray approached Mrs. Willmes about wanting to put on a student art competition. Paislee worked hard to design fliers, communicate competition details, and organize over 40 entries! We are so proud of her leadership, and initiative, in providing an opportunity for students to showcase their talents! This morning we recognized the best pieces of art from the competition: Overall winner and most creative- Jaxon Williams Drawing Division (Boys)- Jensen Neal Drawing Division (Girls)- Leah Coates Best Painting- Piper Jones Congrats to our winners, and for all those that submitted entries!

On Thursday April 2nd, we will be hosting our families for Easter Lunch and Egg Hunts. The cost for families will be $5 per lunch. As Spring break and the close of the school year draw near, we wish to share significant end-of-year dates with families. Specific information regarding these events will be shared closer to time, but we wanted families to have a chance to save these dates on their calendars! As part of our commitment to continuous improvement, we are conducting a survey in partnership with Studer Education to monitor our progress in creating a positive school experience for you and your child(ren). Your feedback is crucial in helping us identify areas for recognition and improvement.

As a result of last year's survey results, we have worked hard to improve communication with our families about where your student(s) are in their learning. This why we have had two rounds of parent-teacher conferences this year, and have encouraged teachers to communicate academic progress. We believe in having meaningful, honest conversations about how we can work together to help students be successful!

The survey will ask you to select the school your child(ren) attends. Providing feedback to each school should take a few minutes to complete.
