We will be celebrating Valentine's Day at Austin Tracy on Friday February 13th. Our local businesses support our schools in a variety of ways. In order to support them on one of their busiest days, we will allow deliveries to ATE for Valentine's Day. We will have tables set up in the front lobby to organize all deliveries.
Deliveries will be given to students as they leave for the day. We will alter our dismissal schedule so that all students have time to pick up their items.
NO BALLOONS or BREAKABLE Items are allowed on the bus. Parents will need to pick up these items if they are delivered for a bus rider.
Each classroom can have their Valentine's Party at the end of the day (beginning at 1:30 pm). Homeroom teachers will be sending out specific details about their classes' party. As a reminder, if you sign your child out of school early (prior to dismissal) it is recorded as a tardy on their attendance record.
Please call the school if you have any questions!

While some roads have begun to thaw, there are still backroads across the county that remain unsafe for bus travel, particularly bus turn-arounds, and temperatures are expected to drop below freezing in the early morning hours. Teachers will communicate expectations for the day directly with students and families. Please continue to check your email and the BC Schools app for updates and information. Thank you for the continued care and cooperation shown by our community as we work through these winter conditions.
